IRIS USA DPC-64 64 Drawer Plastic Storage Cabinet for Sewing, Craft & Bead Organizer - Perfect for Craft Rooms, Jewelry Making & Small Parts Storage

I received a 64 bin cabinet and two of the small bins were badly deformed. So, I emailed IRIS asking if they could just send me a couple small replacement bins or even let me buy them, along with a couple pictures of the messed up small bins. After about a week I finally heard back with the following:Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that you received a damaged product and for any inconvenience this may have caused. Since you purchased from one of our retail partners, we would suggest contacting the original place of purchase for more information on an exchange or return. We have contract with our partners and we abide by their specific requirements for returns, replacements and/or refunds. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with. Thank you.I wrote them back and asked how could this be AND explained that it was too late to return the item to Amazon and that route sounded like a waste. I couldn't believe they couldn't/wouldn't do ANYTHING for me?! There second response was:Per our contracts with our vendors they receive an allowance for damages. Because of this they must issue replacements. I am sorry for the inconvenience this causes you.First IRIS product as I have every bought. I have always bought Akro-Mils in the past. Only reason I decided to try IRIS was because Akro-Mils doesn't offer bin cabinets like these in white. So now, here I sit, missing two bins in my 64 bin cabinet. Very annoying.
